Uses: As a dietary supplement, Collagen liquid is an easily digestible formula that helps the collagen production, a protein necessary for the connective tissue, ligaments and bones. It also helps enhance and support the joints.

Directions: Shake well before using. For adults, take one tablespoon with or without water, three hours after eating, as a dietary supplement.
