DIRECTIONS: Ideally take 2 or more tablets a day, 30 minutes before meals or 2 hours after meals, or as your health professional advises, to a maximum of 10 tablets a day. Do not exceed recommended daily intake. A daily multivitamin/mineral and vitamin C are also recommended.
