Description Also known as Rou Cong Rong, Cistanche is a multi-faceted herb that had numerous uses in ancient China. Historically, it was thought to raise energy by strengthening the kidneys and tonifying yang energy. Therefore, it was commonly believed to support the bodies energy, libido, anti-aging, immune system issues, digestive issues & joint inflammation. Our water soluble, premium grade herbal extracts, are best mixed in juice or a smoothie, although mixing in water is perfectly fine if you can tolerate the taste.
