Historically, it was thought to raise energy by strengthening the kidneys and tonifying yang energy. Therefore, it was commonly believed to support the bodies energy, libido, anti-aging, immune system issues, digestive issues & joint inflammation. Our water soluble, premium grade herbal extracts, are best mixed in juice or a smoothie, although mixing in water is perfectly fine if you can tolerate the taste.
