Bluebonnet’s Chelated Calcium Magnesium Caplets contain 500 mg of elemental calcium from fully reacted calcium bisglycinate and 200 mg of elemental magnesium from magnesium glycinate chelate buffered with magnesium oxide from Albion.

Buffered magnesium increases the pH (alkalinity) of the formula, making it more gentle on the digestive tract and easier to absorb. Available in easy-to-swallow caplets for maximum assimilation and absorption.

Free of milk, egg, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat and soybeans. Also free of yeast, gluten, barley and sugar.
