FloraLax provides a good source of high-quality, all-natural fiber to support healthy bowel movements.

Taken on a daily basis the dietary fiber (4 g per serving) in FloraLax which comes from organic flax seeds, organic psyllium husks, and organic oat bran helps maintain bowel regularity.

Suggested use: take 1 tablespoon up to 3 times daily in at least 8 oz. of water or juice. Mix well and drink immediately. For a tasty alternative, add to yogurt or cereal, or sprinkle on soups and salads. Drink plenty of fluids.

Store at room temperature. For optimal freshness, keep refrigerated after opening.
