Suggested Use: Adults, take 1 serving (2) capsules with 4-6 ounces of water. Consume 10-15 minutes prior to training or when looking for an extra boost. Establish tolerance level before increasing dose. Do not consume more than 2 servings (4 capsules) at one setting or more than 4 servings (8 capsules) within a 24 hour period. Do not use 6 hours prior to sleep.
