Suggested Use: Mix one level scoop with any food or beverage. If added to beverages, stir well into 6-8 ounces and drink right away. Do ot heat or cook. Begin with 1/2 scoop per day for first 10 days. Increase very gradually if tolerated to one or two scoops per day. Always drink water after consumption. May be consumes with or without a meal.

Talk to your doctor before use if you are on FODMAPs diet, have bowel disorders, or gut dysbiosis, as you may need prior treatment before tolerating prebiotics. Bowel changes or bloating may occur initially.
