Brahmi Powder

Brahmi is a very popular brain tonic herb. Brahmi has active ingredient Bacosides which supports mental functions. It may support mental clarity, focus, cognitive capability. Considered to have antioxidant properties. May act as an overall nervous system tonic. May help calm the mind.

Dosage: Take 3 gms powder, 1 to 2 times a day or as advised by the physician.
