Spirulina is an edible blue-green algae which has become popular in recent years due to its high concentration of vitamins and minerals. Blue spirulina is spirulina with an extremely high content of the compound phycocyanin, which is what gives it its deep blue color. Phycocyanin has beneficial antioxidant effects and may help support different facets of health by acting as a multi-vitamin.

Suggested Use: Take 1 gram per day with or without food.
