MTS Nutrition Black Seed Oil is cold pressed for maximum potency from Nigella Seeds (Nigella Sativa). This oil is rich in fatty acids, including palmitic (C16:0), stearic (C18:0), oleic (C18:1) and linoleic (C18:2) fatty acids. Black Seed Oil is rich in antioxidants such as thymoquinone to help support immune health.

Directions for use: As a dietary supplement, consume 2 quick release softgels daily, preferably with a meal.
