DIRECTIONS AND SUGGUESTED USE: 1 serving (1/2 scoop) twice a day. On training days take your first serving with 4-6 oz of water on an empty stomach 0-30 minutes before a workout. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Do not consume synephrine or caffeine from other sources, including but not limited to, coffee, tea, soda and other dietary supplements or medications containing phenylephrine or caffeine. Drink a minimum of 64 ounces of water per day while using this product.
