Bilberry (Vacccinium myrtillus) is a rich source of anthocyanosides, flavanols believed to be responsible for the herb’s beneficial properties in promoting overall eye health. These flavanols contain potent antioxidant properties. In addition, they play a key role in building healthy connective tissue, improving circulation and maintaining normal night time vision.
