Potency guarantee: Minimum of 2 billion cfu of live, active B. bifidum beneficial probiotic Malyoth super strain per gram (approx. 1/2 teaspoon) guaranteed through expiration date, if kept dry and refrigerated.

Suggestion use: Take one gram (approx. 1/2 level teaspoon) daily mixed with 6 oz. unchilled, filtered (chlorine-free) water, preferably before meals to optimize digestion.
