Products containing at least 400 mg per serving of phytosterols, when consumed twice a day with meals for a total intake of 800 mg per day, as part of a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol, may reduce the risk of coronary heart disease. Roex Beta-Sitosterol contains 400 mg of phytosterols per serving.
