Recommended Dose: Adults and Children (9 years and older): Take 2 teaspoons 2 times daily with meals or as recommended by your health professional. Children (2-8 years): Take 2 teaspoons daily with a meal or as recommended by your health professional. If preferred, Berry EFA Plus can be mixed with juice or water. Shake well before each use.
