Beef Amino Liquid from Body Attack is derived from high-quality beef protein hydrolysate and contains easily available peptides due to its enzymatic production. Peptides are the building blocks of proteins which can help building and maintaining muscle mass. The added vitamin B6 supports the normal protein metabolism.

Recommended dosage: Recommended dosage: Take 20 ml 3 times daily pure or diluted with water (20 ml measuring cup enclosed), ideally with meals. On training days preferably 20 ml before and after a workout and before bed time.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
