BCAA 6:1:1 with L-Carnitine Grape

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take up to 3 times daily, mix 1 serving (6 g) of Amino BCAA with 8-12 oz. of water or your favorite beverage using a shaker bottle during or immediately after your workout. On non-workout days take 1 serving (6 g) of Amino BCAA with 8-12 oz. of water or your favorite beverage before bed on an empty stomach.
