Description Bacopa monnieri, also known in Ayurveda as Brahmi, has traditionally been viewed as a mood and mind tonic. Historically, used to support cognition, intellect and memory health as well as the regulation of stress. Bacopa was also believed to support immune system health.

Our water soluble herbal extracts are best mixed in juice or a smoothie, although mixing in water is perfectly fine if you can tolerate the taste.
