Consult a physician before using this product if you have, or have a family history of, including but not limited to phenylketonuria, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, cardiac arrhythmias, heart, liver, kidney, thyroid or other psychiatric disease, pheochromocytoma, diabetes, asthma, recurrent headaches, anemia, nervousness, anxiety, depression or other psychiatric condition, peptic ulcers, Parkinson's disease, glaucoma, difficulty in urinating, prostate enlargement, or seizure disorder, or if you are taking any over-the-counter drug containing ephedrine, pseudo-ephedrine, or phenylopropanolamine (ingredients found in certain allergy, asthma, cough or cold, and weight control products) or any other dietary supplement.

Directions for use: Take two tablets of APEX-TX5 twice daily with food. Do not take within 5 hours of sleep. This product is intended to be used along with a calorie-reduced diet and regular exercise program. Missed dose: If you miss a dose, take the next as recommended. Do not double the next dose.

Caution: Read entire label prior to use.

Do not use this product if you are using a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI), anticoagulant or antiplatlet medications, or any other prescription drug.

Discontinue use and call a physician or licensed qualified health care professional immediately if you experience rapid heartbeat, dizziness, severe headache, shortness of breath, or other similar symptoms. Do not use this product within 2 weeks of surgery. Individuals who consume caffeine or alcohol with this product may experience serious adverse health effects. Improper use of this product may be hazardous to a person's health.

Do not use if seal under cap is torn, broken or missing.

Store at controlled room temperature 15(0)-30(0)C (59(0)-86(0)F). Protect from moisture. Keep tightly closed.
