Directions for use: As a dietary supplement, take two tablets of APEX-TX5 with 8oz of water and food twice daily. This product is intended to be used along with a calorie-reduced diet and regular exercise program. Do not take within 5 hours of sleep. Missed dose: If you miss a dose, take the next as recommended.
