Discussion: Amla is an extract of Emblica officinalis, or Indian gooseberry. Alma extract is a source of tannins and other polyphenols such as gallic acid and has long been used traditionally in Ayurvedic medicine.

Directions: Take 1 capsule three times a day with/without food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner.

Warning: Do not use if you are pregnant or lactating. Consult your physician before use if you have a medical condition, or if you're taking any medication.
