Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take up to 3 times daily 1 serving (9.5 g) of Amino 5.0 with 8-12 oz. of water or your favorite beverage during or immediately after your workout using a shaker bottle. On non-workout days take 1 serving (9.5 g) of Amino 5.0 with 8-12 oz. of water or your favorite beverage before bed on an empty stomach.
