Suggested Use: Adults (21 or older) - Take one Capsule twice daily. Take one capsule mid-morning and one mid-afternoon. Take on an empty stomach with an 8-12oz glass of water. Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day.

Not for use in woman or in any persons under the age of 21. Discontinuous use and call a physician or a licensed qualified health care professional immediately if you experience rapid heartbeat, dizziness, blurred vision, or other similar symptoms. Possible side effects include kidney and liver damage, acne, hair loss, aggressiveness, irritability, and increased levels of estrogen. Must be taken with proper organ support and post cycle therapy, KEEP AWAY FROM CHILDREN.*
