Directions: Take one to two tablets at bedtime with an 8-fluid ounce glass of water. Indication: This product is intended to be used in conjunction with NutriClean(R) 7-day Cleansing System or as relief from occasional constipation. Aloe normally induces a bowel movement within twelve hours.

If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition, consult your physician before using this product.

This product contains aloe emodin (anthraquinone glycosides: aloin A and B) which is a laxative.

Consult your physician if you are using digoxin or prescription diuretics.
