Read and follow all directions on package insert. All three products are part of each day's cleansing program for 7 days.

2. Alkacia Alkalizing Fiber Quick Colon Cleanse Directions: Each day, drink 1 level scoop mixed in 8 ounces of water in the morning and 1 level scoop mixed in 8 ounces of water in the evening. Follow with at least 8 additional ounces of water. May decrease to one scoop daily if elimination slows. Drink plenty of water while using this product.
