Suggested Use Take one (1) capsule twice a day with or without food, preferably early in the day and before training, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner. Can be taken all at once or in divided doses. Product should be taken continuously for 6 weeks, then a 3-week off cycle is required. 6-Week Cycle
