Agmatine Sulfate is considered by many to be a "Super Arginine." SUGGESTED DIRECTIONS AND USE As an adult dietary supplement, take one (1) serving mixed with 4 to 6 ounces of water 30 minutes prior to training.* Optimal intake may be one (1) serving twice a day.*
