Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop daily with 8-12 oz of water or as directed by your physician.

As a Toothpaste: Add a small amount of Nutricost Activated Charcoal Powder onto a wet, clean toothbrush and brush like normal. After you're done, rinse well and use as often as needed.
