When our Acidophilus capsules are produced, they each contain a minimum of 100 million viable Lactobacillus acidophilus cells. An exclusive high vacuum freeze-dried process is used to generate the optimal number of live cells and improve stability. Over time cells will naturally diminish in count. However, our freeze-dried Acidophilus capsules offer better stability than liquid.

To maintain live cell count and maximize effectiveness, refrigerate these capsules immediately after purchase and use by the best by date. Refrigeration recommended before and after opening.
