Herbal Select 5-Hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) is derived from the seed of the native African plant, Griffonia simpliofolia. Our 5-HTP is tested to ensure that there are no traces of Peak-x or other impurities.
Directions: Take 1-3 capsules daily with meals.
Caution: Consult a certified medical professional prior to use if you are currently taking any anti-depressant drugs.
